The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone looking to build their marketing portfolio, demonstrate their social media skills, and gain hands-on experience in a niche cultural and heritage environment. You’ll have the freedom to contribute ideas, create content, and see the direct impact of your work.
Responsibilities
Create and manage engaging social media content across relevant platforms.
Develop marketing campaigns to increase museum awareness and visitor numbers.
Promote museum events, exhibitions, and special offers.
Monitor social media engagement and audience growth.
Identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
Assist with email marketing and promotional materials.
Help drive ticket sales, memberships, and other revenue opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
Strong written communication skills.
Creativity and willingness to bring new ideas.
Basic knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Previous marketing experience is welcome but not essential.
