Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to our clients. This role involves assessing client needs, delivering tailored massage treatments, and promoting overall health and relaxation.
Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences.
- Administer various massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy to address client concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organised treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitised.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and progress to enhance service delivery.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend self-care practices for continued wellness.
- Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for clients' health goals.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred, with a strong background in various massage techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is essential for effective treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs.
