Hedge Fund Sales/Interest Rate Sales. SilverTide is looking for talented associates with a few years of financial sales-side experience to join our Hedge Fund Sales team based right by Bank Station. This full-time, on-site role offers significant career growth opportunities. You'll start by working closely with experienced salespeople, receiving comprehensive training and support. Our goal is to help you quickly transition to building and maintaining your own client relationships. We provide extensive training in product knowledge (Interest Rate Swaps and Listed Futures and Options), sales techniques, macroeconomics, and trading financial markets. We would love for you to have a good of knowledge to build from. We're looking for graduates with at least 2 years of relevant financial experience, such as broking, trading, structuring, or roles involving fixed income. Direct experience of fixed income sales is a major plus. Key qualities for this role include strong self-motivation, excellent people skills, high emotional intelligence, and a solid understanding of markets and macroeconomics. Product expertise and experience in the instruments listed above is a major advantage. What are we looking for? - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Fixed Income/IRS - Proven strong performance in previous roles (references needed) - Demonstrated drive and self-motivation - Strong understanding of markets and macroeconomics is beneficial - Someone that works with Integrity and wants to grow their career - Experience of Fixed Income Sales for institutional investors - is essential. Trading, structuring, strategy, middle office or similar roles would fit these criteria. Applying specific SELL FOR SUCCESS training. o Knowing how to transmit product benefits and care tips to the customer. o Applying Camper’s guarantees in the event of returns and exchanges, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. o Encouraging customer loyalty. Developing and maintaining commercial relations with customers with the aim of reinforcing the brand’s image and prestige. • Operations and Procedures - Store Operations: o Opening and closing the Store. o Managing using the SAP program: product registration and reception, product returns, orders and transfers between stores, stocktaking, faulty goods, CLUB CAMPER. o Correctly controlling and managing the cash register. Handling the POS-terminal. o Ensuring the organisation of the storeroom: Managing and ensuring effective and successful stocktaking procedures. Keeping the storeroom in correct working order and tidy. Placing the products on the shelves. - Image: o Implementing Marketing and Visual Merchandising policies and strategies. o Complying with the Uniform Policy established by the Company. o Keeping the store area clean and tidy.
