You will be responsible for conducting multiple property viewings each day, meeting prospective tenants, showcasing available properties, taking photographs, and reporting back to the office following each appointment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out on the road, is highly organised, and can manage their own schedule while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Conduct open-house and private property viewings across London., • Meet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner., • Arrive at every viewing punctually and prepared., • Take clear photographs of properties where required., • Submit viewing reports and tenant feedback to the office promptly., • Ensure properties are secure before leaving., • Coordinate efficiently with the office regarding schedules and any issues encountered during the day., • Travel between multiple properties daily.
