Creación, supervisión, codificación y seguimiento de los manuales operativos de servicio de las unidades de negocio. Realización de procedimientos corporativos de operaciones alineados con los valores de PHG. Es el responsable de la supervisión del sistema documental, asegurándose que se crean y se materializan los procedimientos específicos (LSOP) necesarios para la correcta operación del hotel. Desarrollar y contribuir al plan de auditoría interna y externa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de marca. Gestionar las propuestas de mejora aportadas por las diferentes unidades de negocio. Participar activamente en el establecimiento de objetivos e indicadores del sistema de gestión y realizar el seguimiento de los resultados obtenidos.
