Residential Communal Area Cleaner
We are seeking to appoint a professional, reliable and experienced communal cleaner to undertake work at x10 locations in Watford (WD23), Northwood (HA7), Harrow (HA1)& St John’s Wood (NW8).
The candidate will be responsible for attending the sites on a weekly basis to undertake the following:
Candidate must be able to drive and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
This work is very flexible but must be conducted Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm - anytime within this period and is subject to the right candidate and their preference.

- Vacuum of landings, communal hallways, staircases
- Cleaning of soft touch areas - handrails, internal doors.
- Mopping of floors where applicable
- Recycling at specific sites where applicable
- And all other cleaning as per specification of sites
Candidate must be able to drive and hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
This work is very flexible but must be conducted Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm - anytime within this period and is subject to the right candidate and their preference.
