We’re looking for a reliable and organised individual to support with property-related tasks across the South Coast, including Bournemouth, Southampton, and Portsmouth.
The Role Includes:
Conducting property viewings and inspections
Carrying out light maintenance tasks
Liaising with tenants and contractors
General support for property management duties
Requirements:
Basic maintenance knowledge
Good communication skills
Access to a vehicle preferred
Starting pay is £15 per hour.
This is a part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role.
