Part-Time Weekend Kitchen Assistant

Looking for part time kitchen staff. Must be fully flexible. 15-20hrs a week Basic kitchen experience and knife skill required although full paid training provided. Candidate must be willing to learn and must be comfortable with working in fast paced environment. Immediate start.

Required skills: - knife skills - operating grill, fryer, understanding of breakfast preparation - at least 1.5 years of experience in a professional kitchen - awareness of allergens - good hygiene practice (clean as you go)

Basic duties are: • Sorting out delivery to appropriate storage space. • Ensuring basic cleaning jobs are carried out well throughout the kitchen. • Collecting and washing up pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. • Responsible for keeping all work surfaces, walls and floors cleaned & sanitised. The ideal candidate would have: • Previous experience in a similar role • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
