This job includes picking and packing products through our machines, it entails lifting up to 25kg several times a day.

We are looking for someone to join our team. you’ll be working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9-5pm plus Saturday 9-3pm with a half hour lunch break. You’ll full time contract. You’ll be paid every Friday. the role includes: picking orders packing orders helping to process deliveries helping to restock shelves in the warehouse please note our business is split across three levels so you will need to help carry boxes up and down stairs when deliveries come.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of products. Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with couriers and shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Quality Control: Inspect products for accuracy and condition before shipping. Returns & Exchanges: Handle returned items, process refunds, and restock products as needed. Warehouse & Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure smooth daily operations. Customer Support Assistance: Work closely with customer service to resolve fulfillment-related issues. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve order fulfillment workflows. Requirements Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or e-commerce logistics is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Good organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move packages when required. Familiarity with shipping platforms and order management systems is advantageous. Maintaining a clean, safe environment – Keep aisles clear, sanitise workspaces, and follow all safety protocols. Recording and stock control – Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to log stock, conduct audits, and report any discrepancies. General support – Help with returns, stock rotation, basic admin tasks, and onboarding new team members when needed. What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for people who are: Detail-oriented – Accuracy is key when packing and shipping Physically fit – You’ll be lifting, moving, and standing for most of your shift Reliable & team-focused – Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude Quick to learn – You’ll be trained on systems and processes during your first week Health & safety aware – You understand or are willing to learn safe warehouse practices Bonus if you have: experience using forklifts or pallet trucks (but it’s not essential) Why This Role Rocks No experience?
