Payment Handling - Process payments accurately using the POS system, handle cash, and provide change if necessary. 6. Compliance - Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health and safety regulations. 7. Upselling - Promote special offers and upsell drinks to enhance the customer experience. Key Skills - Prior experience as a bar staff member (2 years minimum) - Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation is essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment. - Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. - Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy items, such as kegs or crates.
