Experienced Carpet & Flooring Estimator – North London Join a fast-growing, high-end flooring company based in North London, offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpet & Flooring Estimator. We provide premium flooring solutions to residential and commercial clients across Greater London and beyond. About the Role: As a Experienced Estimator, you will visit luxury homes, boutiques, and corporate offices to measure, assess, and provide expert flooring advice. You will evaluate subfloor conditions, recommend the best flooring solutions, and compile detailed reports, including photographs and videos, for our sales team to generate accurate quotations. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting site visits for measurements and assessments. - Advising clients on the most suitable flooring solutions. - Preparing comprehensive reports with images and videos. - Creating cutting plans, material lists, and installation schedules. - Coordinating with fitting teams and sales professionals. - Overseeing quality control and post-installation documentation. - Providing technical support to fitters and sales teams. What We Offer: - Location: Head Office – Tottenham, North London. - Salary: £39,000 - 45,000 + Performance Incentives. - Benefits: Company vehicle, pension, holiday pay. - Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:15pm, Friday: 7:00am – 3:15pm. - Employment Type: Full-time, PAYE. What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in flooring estimation, sales, or installation. - Previous floor fitting experience of Traditional and hard flooring. - Strong technical knowledge of flooring materials and industry trends. - Excellent arithmetic and measurement skills. - A professional, customer-focused approach. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. - Full UK driving licence (motorcycle licence is a plus). We are looking for a qualified plumber to start in a permanent full time job immediately. This role will be based across a portfolio of 20 bars and restaurants in London. You will be tasked with completing planned maintenance checks, reactive repairs and installations such as: - Repairing leaks and blockages - Replacing taps, pipework, valves - Investigating hot water issues and replacing immersion elements - Installation of replacement items and upgrades - Compliance checks on legionella We are offering an attractive hourly rate with further training available too. It’s expected that you’ll work 40-50 hours per week. Shifts will be early or late and some weekend cover is required. Driving licence is not required.
