The channel has been active for just over a year, currently boasting around 5k subscribers with an average of 1,500 views per video. We specialize in True Crime stories, accidental deaths, and similar content. As I continue to expand, I'm looking for someone with social media experience to help elevate the channel’s reach and engagement. You will be working alongside one other team member, an editor, to help drive growth. Your responsibilities will include: Identifying viral topics and trending ideas that align with our niche Crafting attention-grabbing, clickable titles to boost video views Qualifications: You must have experience with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, or similar. Payment Details: You will only be compensated for the titles and topics that we use in our videos. If any titles or videos go viral (20k+ views in a single day), you will receive extra payment. This will either be a percentage of the video’s income or a fixed payment, which can be discussed. Note: All views must be genuine, as I can track video analytics. Position Statement A degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and proven work-related experience. Pogressive work experience in a Hotel Marketing role with proven marketing executional experience and the ability to lead the segment. The ability to demonstrate well rounded knowledge of all aspects of marketing, including digital, social media, content development and PR. Due the nature of the role you will need to demonstrate the below technical competencies: Expertise in this field The ability to not only monitor but to create content and publish to our social media channels. Experience with social media management software tools. Competent in using Email/CRM systems. Experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS) ideally WordPress. Technical competence in using Adobe Creative Suite: In-Design & Photoshop Digital marketing platforms i.e., Google Analytics The Marketing and Social Media Consulting Manager will be responsible for enabling our hotels to reach adequate online presence and visibility levels to drive online channel performance, direct bookings as well as introducing new commercial opportunities (e.g., hotel level advertising in new distribution channels).
