About the Role: As our Kenyan co-founder, you will play a crucial role in establishing and leading our operations in Kenya. You will be responsible for: - Market Research and Strategy: Conducting in-depth research to understand the Kenyan healthcare landscape, identifying key opportunities, and developing a go-to-market strategy. - Building Partnerships: Establishing relationships with key stakeholders in the Kenyan healthcare ecosystem, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and technology partners. - Team Building and Management: Recruiting and leading a talented team in Kenya, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Business Development: Securing funding, identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Kenyan market. - Product Adaptation and Localization: Adapting our existing digital health products and services to the Kenyan context and ensuring cultural sensitivity. - Advocacy and Public Relations: Building brand awareness and advocating for the importance of digital health solutions in Kenya. Duties and responsibilities include liaising with potential employers and matching candidates to roles Supporting clients with their resourcing requests Continued development of client base Have previous proven track record in Construction recruitment and resourcing, previous experience in Rail and Telecoms will also be considered. providing administrative support to ensure candidate and employer information is maintained Support Operations Team and Training Centre at On Point TRAC This is not a “work from home position" will be required at On Point Trac premises which is located at Dairy Farm Road, Rainford and Edward Pavilion Albert Dock The right candidate will have Proven track record on similar roles Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work Attention to detail and problem solving skills written and verbal communication skills organisational and planning skills Ability to use MS Office Willingness to learn and develop Works well a part of a team and contributes to overall success Due to the location it is highly advantageous that candidates have a driving license and means of travel.
