We're Strive AI. We build AI systems for local businesses — the kind of tech that answers every call, books appointments and chases leads 24/7 for salons, clinics, gyms, restaurants and trades. The product is genuinely good and the market is wide open. We're also new. I'm not going to dress that up. There's no big team to inherit, no years of case studies, no safety net. What there is: a working product, a proven sales process, a dashboard that runs the whole operation, and a founder who builds fast and pays properly. So this isn't a job for someone who wants comfortable. It's for someone who looks at "early-stage" and sees the opportunity instead of the risk. The role You build and run the sales floor. Not sell — manage the people who sell. • Hire. Find hungry, reliable people who'll treat this like the 9-5 it is — walking into businesses in London and closing face to face, and running phone outreach in Dubai., • Interview. Screen and interview applicants using the questions and process we give you. You won't be guessing — you'll be running a system., • Onboard & train. We'll teach you exactly how the method works, then you teach it to every person you bring on., • Manage, properly. This is the real job. Daily check-ins, holding people to their numbers, keeping the floor motivated and moving. The tools to track all of it are already built — your job is to use them and stay on top of people who need staying on top of., • Scale. Grow this into a floor of 50+ that consistently closes. Who I'm looking for • Someone who's managed or built a sales team before, or knows in their bones they can., • A proper operator — organised, relentless on follow-up, comfortable holding people accountable without being soft or being a tyrant., • Someone who genuinely wants to take a bet on something early and own a piece of the outcome., • Hard worker. Full stop. This is a pure play — you put the work in, you win big. You coast, you earn nothing. The deal 6% commission on every deal your team closes Plus £75 for every rep you hire who lands their first close. It's commission-only and I won't pretend otherwise. But do the maths on a floor of 50 people each closing 8–12 deals a month and you're looking at a six-figure income you built yourself and control entirely. Uncapped. No ceiling I'm putting on you.
