As a Host/ Hostess, you will be responsible for: • Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression, • Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences, • Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings, • Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings, • Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service., • Bring experience managing entrances or guest flows for bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy venues.
