The full time role is for 6 days a week including weekends to work afternoon shifts. We are looking for candidates with previous hotel reception experience, however full training is given, with good communication and organization skills. The duties include responding to guests with a friendly attitude, answering telephone calls and email, taking reservations, check-in/out, and take payments and inputting bookings and responding to emails.
