    Notifying residents or occupants
    Safely storing packages
  4. Building Support Duties
    Liaising with cleaners, maintenance teams, and contractors
    Reporting repairs or safety issues
    Monitoring communal areas for cleanliness and order
  5. Administrative Tasks
    Maintaining records and incident logs
    Booking amenities or shared spaces
    Coordinating services for residents or tenants
