Legal Team Administrator About the job 12 Month Fixed Term Contract The Legal Department provides legal advisory and transactional support to all divisions of ICBC Standard. The master agreement negotiation team forms part of the Legal Department. What you'll be doing We are looking for an experienced interim administrator to support the Legal team. Team members are responsible for putting in place a variety of documentation including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, FOA, give-ups and documents required from a regulatory perspective. You'll be responsible for: • Preparation of execution copies of agreements, • Arranging approval and execution of agreements, • Arranging couriers and deliveries, • Finding copies of documentation and scanning/sending them on request, • Assisting with reconciliations between the Legal department database and other databases, • Liaising with other departments and team members, • Preparation of standard form documentation and corresponding with counterparties, • Maintenance of the Legal department database, • Maintenance and creation of Excel spreadsheets, • Filing/keeping legal files up to date, • Archiving and retrieving documents from archive, • Scanning documents/sending to safe custody, • Booking meetings We're looking for the following skills and experience.
