You will also be responsible for safely evacuating the reception area in the event of a fire or emergency and also for training the Reception team to be able to do so in your absence. Who are we looking for? The ideal candidate must have had previous experience in a similar high end establishment and ideally within the hospitality and leisure industry. You should ideally have a minimum of 2 years of experience of leading a small team and should have excellent communication skills along with customer service levels that are second to none.
