    Part-Time E-commerce & Fulfilment Assistant Bow, East London | £15/hour | 10–20 hours per week | Weekday mornings Do you enjoy being organised, getting things done and working in a hands-on environment? We’re looking for a reliable, practical and switched-on E-commerce & Fulfilment Assistant to join our growing team in Bow. About Melber Melber helps international consumer brands launch and grow in the UK. We work with exciting brands across beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle, supporting everything from e-commerce and fulfilment to market entry and growth. We also operate our own established accessories brand. What you'll be doing The main focus will be picking, packing and dispatching online orders, but there’s much more to the role. You’ll also help with: • Picking and packing customer orders, • Printing labels and preparing courier collections, • Receiving, checking and organising stock, • Processing returns and exchanges, • Supporting Shopify and other e-commerce systems, • Stock counts, inventory checks and spreadsheets, • Preparing products, packaging and orders for our own accessories brand, • Getting stock ready for promotions, launches and wholesale orders When things are quieter, you’ll switch between tasks and help wherever the team needs you. Experience You don’t need to have done exactly this job before, but you do need some relevant experience — perhaps in: • E-commerce or Shopify, • Warehouse or fulfilment, • Retail stockroom, • Dispatch or logistics, • Inventory management, • Fashion, beauty or consumer products, • An online business or marketplace such as Etsy, eBay or Amazon Most importantly, you’re reliable, accurate and organised, comfortable working at pace, and happy getting stuck into practical tasks. You’ll need to be comfortable using a computer as well as doing physical picking, packing and stock work. The practical details Hours: 10–20 hours per week Shifts: Usually 9am–1pm or 9am–2pm Days: Weekday mornings, ideally across 3–5 days Monday mornings: Particularly useful Pay: £15 per hour Location: Bow, East London Start: As soon as possible Interested?     We are looking for a reliable and organized team member to take ownership of the daily order cycle, from the moment a customer places an order to the moment it leaves the building. This is a hands-on, varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. What you’ll be doing: • Processing and printing customer orders across multiple sales channels, • Arranging shipments with carriers and ensuring every order has a tracking number, • Responding to customer messages and queries through marketplace platforms and email, • Monitoring daily tasks, dispatch targets, and delivery timescales, • Working closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly, • Helping with general office and ad hoc tasks as required What we offer: • Full training on all our systems; e-commerce experience is not required, • Consistent, guaranteed weekly hours with no zero-hours uncertainty, • The opportunity to learn about marketplace selling, inventory management, and online retail operations, • Employee discount and a casual dress code What we’re looking for: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, cleaning, warehousing, or another customer-facing role is useful, but full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organised, punctual, willing to take responsibility, able to work well under pressure, and genuinely motivated to learn. You should be comfortable using a computer and communicating with customers in writing and by phone. Basic spreadsheet skills are helpful, and you should be confident handling email and learning new software. Working hours: • Sunday: 8:30am–6:00pm, • Monday: 8:30am–6:00pm, • Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm, • Saturday: Closed, • Overtime available We may consider applicants who may need a Visa Sponsorship
