Marketing & Creative Executive Location: West London (Office & Studio Based) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About us We are an independent women’s footwear brand designing stylish, comfortable shoes sold worldwide through our Shopify website and selected retail partners. We are a creative, fast-growing business with an in-house studio where we produce photography, video content and marketing campaigns. We are looking for a talented and highly organised Marketing & Creative Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role combining graphic design, content creation, video production, email marketing, social media management and campaign planning. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established role with a comprehensive handover from the current post-holder, ensuring a smooth transition and excellent training across all aspects of the position. Key Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Campaign Management • Maintain and manage the marketing calendar, • Plan seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions and content activity, • Coordinate delivery across email, social media, paid advertising and website content, • Monitor performance and adapt activity as required, • Work closely with the wider business to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard Email Marketing (Klaviyo) • Create and manage regular email campaigns (typically two per week), • Plan, segment, design, build and schedule campaigns within Klaviyo, • Analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement, • Support the optimisation of customer journeys and automated flows Paid Social Creative • Work closely with our paid media specialist to create high-performing advertising assets, • Design static and video creatives for Meta campaigns, • Upload and manage creative assets across Meta platforms, • Manage Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) and support product feed activity, • Utilise feed management tools to deliver campaign messaging and creative variations Social Media, Content & Video Creation • Manage and grow the Instagram presence, maintaining a cohesive and engaging feed, • Create, film, edit and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and paid advertising channels, • Produce reels, stories, product videos, behind-the-scenes content and campaign assets, • Repurpose content across multiple channels and formats, • Monitor trends and identify new content opportunities, • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop engaging branded and user-generated content Website Content & Merchandising • Update homepage banners, promotional graphics and seasonal content, • Refresh website content to support campaigns, launches and promotions, • Support website merchandising and visual presentation within Shopify, • Ensure brand consistency across all website touchpoints Photoshoots & Creative Production • Support the planning and delivery of seasonal lifestyle shoots, • Source and coordinate models, photographers, stylists and locations, • Create photography, video and behind-the-scenes content for marketing channels, • Ensure all creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives Skills & Experience Essential • Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills including retouching, colour correction and image manipulation, • Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio demonstrating commercial work, • Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software, • Experience creating short-form video content for social media and paid advertising, • Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform, • Strong understanding of Instagram and social media best practices, • Ability to shoot and edit content using both professional cameras and smartphones, • Excellent organisational and project management skills, • Strong written and visual communication skills Desirable • Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom, • Experience using Shopify, • Experience working with Meta advertising platforms, • Experience managing Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), • Experience coordinating photoshoots and creative productions, • Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, • Experience with motion graphics and basic animation using Adobe After Effects, • Experience within fashion, footwear, beauty or lifestyle brands Personal Qualities We’re looking for someone who is: • Creative and highly organised, • Proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from concept to execution, • Detail-oriented with strong design standards, • Commercially minded and understands how creative content drives sales, • Enthusiastic about fashion, branding and digital marketing, • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment What You'll Get • Opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing fashion brand, • Creative freedom and ownership of projects, • Access to our in-house studio and content creation facilities, • A collaborative and supportive team environment This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of creative and marketing activity within a growing fashion brand, working across content creation, email marketing, social media, advertising and campaign delivery while helping to shape the future of the brand.
