Key Responsibilities: ✅ Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve targets. ✅ Sales & Customer Service – Ensure excellent service, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales growth. ✅ Store Operations – Oversee daily activities, including opening/closing, inventory, and compliance. ✅ Merchandising – Maintain attractive product displays and optimize store layout. ✅ Reporting – Track sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in cash management. ✅ Problem-Solving – Resolve customer and staff issues efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow. - Lead, train, and support shop floor staff in providing outstanding customer service. - Monitor stock levels, ensure proper stock rotation, and manage product ordering in coordination with suppliers. - Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards across the store. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Ensure accurate pricing and signage on all merchandise. - Manage cash handling, daily till reconciliations, and assist with banking duties as required. - Assist in scheduling staff shifts and maintaining attendance records. - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols. - Conduct stock takes, inventory checks, and support with deliveries and merchandising.
