Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations.

Requirements & Skills: · High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred. · Proven experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and customer service, preferably in a retail environment. · Proficiency in computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting techniques. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner. · Have knowledge of ISO 90001 and ISO 27001. · Must have good knowledge of GDPR. · Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset. · Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. · Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail operations is desirable. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar credentials are a plus.
