Registered Manager (Live-in Care)
Ipswich, Suffolk
Full Time, Permanent, Monday-Friday 9:00am to 17:30pm

We have over 20 years’ experience of providing care and assistance to vulnerable adults and elderly clients.
A Class Care provide Live in Care and Support Services for the *Adult Social Care sector and have a clear vision for our future.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join our Ipswich office. You would be responsible for managing your team and to help drive the growth of the branch. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to develop and further their career within a forward-thinking company.
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance in line with CQC and local authorities
Growing the branch through first-class service, engaging with local authorities and to secure further placements
Delivering a top-class service to our clients and families
Contributing to and leading on our service development
Leading your care team, ensuring that you are encouraging performance
Overseeing quality assurance
Resource Management
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience within a similar role. You will need to have experience within care, and a practical understanding of the different roles and their responsibilities.

Previous experience within the same or similar role
Personable and professional individual
Capable decision maker with strong organisational skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
NVQ Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care
HCPC Registered (preferred)
