How You Get Paid
You are paid for activity - not just results.
£0.50 per completed dial
(Paid on voicemails, no answers, wrong numbers, rejections & bad data)
Plus:
£30 – Meeting Attended
£10 – 4+ Minute Qualified Conversation
£3 – Follow-Up Requested
£3 – Future Opportunity
£2 – Not Interested but Accepts Email
Meetings are only payable once attended. All outcomes must meet quality standards.
The Role
You will:
Make 50-150 outbound B2B calls per day
Speak to decision-makers
Qualify prospects
Book meetings
Log all activity accurately
This is a high-volume, performance-driven role suited to confident communicators who are comfortable handling rejection.
