There is no fixed salary cap — the more clients you successfully help and the more deals you complete, the more you can earn. We believe in rewarding performance rather than putting a limit on what a motivated person can make. You’ll have access to a portfolio of properties across London, regular client enquiries, your own desk and appointments, and ongoing support from the management team. The position starts with an initial two-week paid trial and training period, giving you the opportunity to learn the business, understand the process and see whether the role is right for you. During this period, you’ll work towards building your own pipeline and closing deals.
