As demand for our products skyrockets, we’re looking for a Senior Sales Director Manager to take the lead in building out our B2B sales strategy and growing our team. 🐾 What You’ll Do: Lead and scale our B2B sales division across the UK and international markets Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on wholesale, retail, and distribution Secure partnerships with supermarkets, large department stores, pet retail chains, boutique stores, garden centers, and more Develop long-term relationships with key B2B clients and buyers Drive revenue growth and ensure SohoPoms becomes a household name in every retail environment Work closely with our Operations Director and leadership team on strategy and logistics 🔁 Work Setup: This is a hybrid role. You’ll work remotely the majority of the time, with one in-person day per month at our headquarters in Dunlow, Essex, for strategic meetings with the Operations Director and core team. ✅ What You Bring: 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or pet/lifestyle products A strong track record of landing high-value accounts and leading successful teams Confidence and network access to engage major supermarkets, department stores, and national chains Excellent negotiation, communication, and team-building skills A strategic, growth-minded approach — and a genuine love for dogs 🐶 Why Join SohoPoms?
