We require experienced candidate with excellent customer service skills at Solly hair and beauty. The salon is located at the heart of Chatham High Street, Kent, UK. The ideal candidate should be:
- creative and able to provide clients with information and advice on styling and treatments .
- able to resolve any complaints or problems.
- ensure client records are mentained.
-able to undertake and/or direct hair treatnents. - check and mentain any equipment, and ensure that all safety requirments are met
- demonstrate, advise on and sell hair products
- ensure financial account for the business is maintained.
The successful candidate must have the knowledge and be able to demonstrate the following: Cutting, blow - drying, braids, feeding cornrows, sew-in, crochet, wig making and installation. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in hair styling techniques.BTEC/SQA award, an NVQ/SVQ in Hairdressing at Level3 will be an added advantage. But mostly, apprenticeship or relevant experience is important
