Responsibilities
Manage student's timetable.
To provide 1 to 1 education support to individuals with SEND in their family home and wider community within the Cambridgeshire area.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
Provide feedback to employer.
Write daily reports.
Developing a bespoke, child-led educational program that is based around a child's interests.
To develop relationships and trust with the student and family/carers.
Ensuring safeguarding of the children/young people is paramount and safeguarding policies adhered too.
Ensure that all records are kept in accordance with company policies and procedures regarding record keeping.
Qualifications and experience:
Experience of working with SEND children/young people required.
To be available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm.
