Client: HR Tech based in the UK and US
Type of role: Full Time
Client Location: Farringdon, London
Working Arrangement: Hybrid/Flexible working model (Monday & Friday in office if within M25)
Salary: £50k - £60k + Bonus (annual)

The role:
Our client is seeking a creative, hands-on leader who will work in close collaboration with the Head of Brand and Communication to translate brand and audience-specific proposition/ messaging, USPs, industry and operational insights into engaging, targeted content designed to drive brand recognition, attract job seekers and appeal to clients across multiple sectors. S/he will oversee media, website, and PR channels, build brand perceptions and drive the company’s position as a disruptor/thought leader to establish valuable communication channels and maintain consistency of messaging.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement brand and communication strategies across UK and US markets.
  • Create compelling brand, jobseeker, and industry-specific content to grow the brand, communicating the brand narrative and building value among key audiences to influence brand perception.
  • Lead research studies to drive insights that inform PR opportunities and content creation.
  • Evaluate channel performance/strategy through brand health studies and other KPIs to demonstrate a measurable impact on growth, and work with internal teams to devise new and creative ways to engage/influence audiences.
  • Establish company as a disruptor/thought leader via brand, jobseeker, client and industry PR, stunts, and insightful content
  • Partner with stakeholder teams to amplify content and stories to brand level through PR and interview opportunities.
  • Partner with internal teams to help establish and support internal communications channels, ensure consistency of brand messaging.
  • Lead, coach, and empower a direct report (Copywriter)
  • Support the Head of Brand to bring the company's brand to life across the platforms and communications channels including the website, the company's app, media and social channels.
  • Alongside the Head Brand, serve as the internal expert in building and maintaining tone of voice, support copywriting where necessary, driving consistency of messaging with other stakeholder teams, design guidelines and providing guidance on content best practices.


Requirements:
  • Successful experience in brand marketing strategy, communications, media, and content production
  • Excellent copywriting ability, able to write original and engaging copy on a range of topics
  • The ability to learn quickly and have a keen focus on detail
  • Strong stakeholder management/relationship building skills
  • Commercially astute and able to represent business at a senior level
  • Experience working with and influencing multiple stakeholders to deliver projects under tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and intent levels
  • Ability to edit website and launch landing pages through knowledge of CSM platforms
