You must be able to start work at 6am What You’ll Do As the Goods Receiver, your responsibilities will include: • Checking all incoming goods against Local Purchase Orders to ensure correct quantity, quality, and pricing., • Conducting spot checks on packaged goods and verifying expiry dates., • Receiving fresh produce (fish, meat, poultry, vegetables) alongside the chef in charge to guarantee premium quality., • Recording temperatures for chilled and frozen items and logging all receiving details daily., • Ensuring alcohol deliveries are received with the Bar team., • Raising discrepancy reports and coordinating with suppliers and the Purchasing Officer when needed., • Managing dry store, chiller, and freezer inventories., • Supporting order placements in the absence of the Purchasing Officer.
