We are currently looking for a Sous Chef for a Portuguese restaurant in Central London. The atmospheric 30-cover marble counter-top dining space offers an intimate window to the best of Portuguese culinary heritage. The menu is designed using fresh seasonal produce and focuses on highlighting the best flavours and techniques Portugal brings to the gastronomic world.
Previous London experience as a Senior CDP or Sous Chef, preferably. working with Portuguese or Mediterranean flavours.
A creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety compliance and procedures.
