Junior Sous chef

Fish! Restaurant in the heart of bubbly Borough market is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who has previous Sous experience in busy kitchen, has a strong work ethic, a great personality to lead our team and service and has great attention on details.

You need to have:

-Previous experience as a Junior sous/ Sous in London fast paced restaurants

-To be able to effectively manage and lead a team

-Have a good personality, able to motivate the team

-Passion and desire to deliver food of the highest standards

-Be a clear communicator and enjoy being part of that team

-Have a knowledge of food hygiene health&safety with the ability share it.

Strong command of English is essential.

All applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
