Our client is a Fine Dining Italian Restaurant in Chigwell. They are seeking a skilled Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and Italian cuisine.
Working hours: 11AM-2:30PM and 5:30PM-22:30PM
5 Days/Week

Duties:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
  • Plan and create innovative menus
  • Ensure food quality meets high standards
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Collaborate with management to develop new dishes

Experience:
  • Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in supervising kitchen operations
  • Expertise in food preparation and production techniques
