    Our client is a Fine Dining Italian Restaurant in Chigwell. They are seeking a skilled Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in food preparation and Italian cuisine. Working hours: 11AM-2:30PM and 5:30PM-22:30PM 5 Days/Week Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen - Plan and create innovative menus - Ensure food quality meets high standards - Train and supervise kitchen staff - Manage inventory and control food costs - Collaborate with management to develop new dishes Experience: - Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably in a restaurant setting - Strong leadership and team management skills - Proficient in supervising kitchen operations - Expertise in food preparation and production techniques Skills: - Italian culinary expertise - Ability to help and cook various dishes - Hospitality mindset - Leadership qualities for team management - Proficiency in supervising kitchen staff - Strong food preparation and production skills If you are a talented Chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and leading a team, we invite you to apply.
