Role OverviewSalary to be negotiated based on experience We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, maintain high food standards, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. The successful candidate will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure consistency in food quality, and create a positive, efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the kitchen team on a daily basis, • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality dishes consistently, • Maintain food hygiene, health & safety standards at all times, • Monitor stock levels and manage ordering and supplier relationships, • Control food costs, waste, and kitchen budgets effectively, • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, • Create and update menus in line with business needs and seasonal trends, • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periodsSkills, Experience & Abilities Required, • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, • Strong leadership and team management skills
