Salary: £32,000 - £33,000 per annum We are recruiting for an exciting new restaurant concept opening within an established hospitality destination in Norwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to play a key role in the launch and ongoing success of a fresh, high-quality dining experience. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team, maintain exceptional food standards, and contribute to the development of a menu focused on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service, • Ensure food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials, • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management, • Help train, develop, and inspire junior team members, • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready for the next step, • Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen environment, • Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations, • A positive att...
