Legal Secretary Location: Norwich - Onsite Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary in the Commercial Property department of a well respected law firm. This role is perfect for those looking to enhance their legal secretarial skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Audio and copy typing, emailing, photocopying, and filing of letters, emails, and documents., • Completing forms, drafting documents under supervision, and handling various administrative tasks., • Operating electronic search systems, submitting applications to the Land Registry and HMRC., • Managing files on a case management system and adhering to file procedures., • Producing completion statements, invoices, and dealing with accounting tasks., • Undertaking in-house training and development to enhance professional skills., • Communicating with clients and professional contacts, managing queries, and scheduling appointments., • Providing reception cover as needed and supporting general commercial conveyancing secretarial duties. Essential Requirements: • Proficient in audio typing and computer literacy., • Knowledge of residential and commercial conveyancing procedures., • Familiarity with case management systems and accounts systems., • Understanding of Land Registry and HMRC electronic portals., • Excellent client communication and professional interaction skills.
