An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join a global leader in the design and manufacture of industrial cooling, freezing, and chilling systems. We are seeking a proactive professional to grow with the business and deliver first-class, quality-engineered equipment to a global customer base. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK and Ireland by developing high-level customer relationships and implementing effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategy and internal business development forecasts., • Lead Generation: Proactively generate potential sales leads and manage enquiry lists to meet UK sales targets., • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers., • Technical Liaison: Work closely with the technical team on project development and prepare detailed sales quotations and proposals, • Commercial Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations to secure orders while meeting agreed margins and budgets., • Market Awareness: Keep up to date with product innovation, competitor activity, and the impact of H&S regulations on the market. Candidate Requirements • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in B2B sales (experience in a similar industry is desirable), • Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple ongoing sales projects at different stages of fruition., • Approach: A self-motivated, flexible, and independent professional who can contribute effectively as part of a team., • Technical Aptitude: A willingness to learn, ability to think "outside-the-box," and a good understanding of MS Office products., • Travel: Ability to work a mixture of office-based, remote working, and travel to sites across the UK and Ireland.
