You will work as part of a highly skilled electrical team who are responsible for ensuring that jobs completed meet the desired quality and customer service standards. You will be responsible for carrying out planned, preventative and reactive electrical works across our clients commercial and domestic properties in and around London, the South and Southeast of England. The successful candidate will: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards., • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards., • Be able to work independently, and within a team managing your time and priorities effectively. Qualifications and skills required: • A sound understanding of health and safety regulations., • Excellent time management and diagnostic skills, • ECS Card holder, • 18th Edition certification (minimum), • City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, • Experience working on repairs and maintenance (R&M) in domestic or commercial settings would be a bonus, • Full UK driving license (essential) if using a company vehicle, • Good communication skills and customer-focused approach Desirable: • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection and Testing) What we provide: • Company Vehicle/Fuel Card or Oyster Card, • Uniform & PPE Provided, • Company Pension Scheme, • 28 days Holiday (inc. We’re seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our operations and ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production and warehouse operations Lead and manage production staff, including shift planning and training Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, BRC, etc.) Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to meet delivery targets Maintain equipment and enforce health & safety protocols Report directly to the Director on operational performance Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a production management role (preferably in food manufacturing) Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization Familiarity with cold storage and perishable goods handling Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities IT proficiency in production and inventory systems Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field Forklift licence or warehouse operations experience is a plus
