About the Role As a Support Worker within our Day Opportunities service, you'll work alongside adults with a range of disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop practical life skills, and achieve goals that matter to them. No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone with meal planning and cooking, the next you could be helping someone access public transport independently, taking a group to the gym, supporting a community project, encouraging social interaction, or helping someone prepare for employment. This is an active role where you'll spend as much time out in the community as you do within our service. Our focus is always on what people can do—not what they can't. The Role As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the operational leadership of the venue during your shift.
