Account Manager (Renewals & Retention) £37,500 - £40,000 P/A Gravesend Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday Do you have experience in renewing contracts for your current customer base? Are you confident in picking up the phone? Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Internal Account Manager (renewals & retention) to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to take ownership of ensuring clients are contacted at the appropriate time before contracts expire to support effective renewal and retention. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus annual leave increasing with length of service, pension, progression opportunities, family days, golf days & annual Christmas party. This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday – Friday. Starting times can vary from 07:30/08:00 or 09:00. It is a 37.5 hour working week with a 30 minute lunch. Reporting to the Hiring Manager your responsibilities will include: Design and implement a consistent, scalable renewals process to track renewal dates, budget cycles, and key client contacts. Manage the full renewal cycle from initial outreach to closing, starting 90–120 days or on a specific customer agreed timeline, before expiry.
