This is an entry-level sales position, and we provide extensive training throughout your employment. Training focuses on building confidence, understanding the psychology behind sales, taking control of conversations, dissecting your sales pitch, and much more! For our most ambitious candidates, we also offer a business development programme with a clear progression pathway to success. We focus on building rapport and long-lasting customer relationships, collaborating with some of the most well-known brands to deliver excellent customer service. In this face-to-face field sales role, you will engage directly with customers using a customer-first approach to drive sales and secure success. You will work towards clear targets, contributing to growing and glowing. During your time with us, you will benefit from extensive networking opportunities—from constructive business-wide Zoom seminars and celebratory meals out, to National Leaders Meetings and both national and international road trips. You will also benefit from fantastic earning potential in this uncapped commission-based role, with lower-end on-track earnings starting at £450 per week. We are making appointments on an immediate basis as our slots fill up quickly. Sales experience is not necessary as we provide full training and upskilling; however, experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or events is useful. Requirements: • 18+, • Full-time Monday–Friday availability (11am–8pm). This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing customer engagement through both in-salon and digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new markets, forging partnerships, and optimising business operations to support the salon’s growth objectives. This position requires a results-driven, creative, and proactive professional with strong commercial acumen and a passion for the beauty industry. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and beauty product suppliers., • Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue through new services, loyalty schemes, and targeted marketing campaigns., • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging business opportunities., • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals., • Support management in planning and executing salon expansion projects, including site research, feasibility assessments, and acquisition preparation., • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance USA Nails’ online presence, including website updates, social media promotions, and digital advertising initiatives., • Prepare and deliver business reports, proposals, and performance summaries to senior management., • Represent USA Nails at local trade shows, networking events, and community activities to increase visibility and brand reputation., • Monitor sales performance metrics and develop improvement strategies to meet business growth targets. Key Requirements • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—preferably within the beauty, retail, or service industries., • Strong understanding of B2C sales and customer engagement in a service-based environment., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships., • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is advantageous., • Commercial awareness and a passion for the beauty and wellness sector., • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
