Client Services Manager Location: Brighton (2 days in-studio, 3 days WFH) Agency: Crush Start Date: April Crush is a creative agency built on ideas, craftsmanship, and a good dose of humour. Our team of thinkers, designers, illustrators, and animators deliver fresh, original, and effective work for brands around the world. Our client roster includes global names like PepsiCo, Warner Media, Netflix, Formula 1, and Mattel. We’re looking for a super-organised, proactive Client Services Manager to join our Brighton team. This role is perfect for someone who is a people person, thrives in a hybrid environment, enjoys variety, and wants to be involved across multiple areas of a small but dynamic agency. What you’ll do: Working closely with our Client Services Director and Managing Director, your main focus will be to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and support new business initiatives. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our creative team, getting involved in the creative process, so a keen eye for design and a creative background is a big bonus. Key responsibilities: • Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact, • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and documentation, • Create project quotes and maintain project details, • Collaborate with our creative team to deliver exceptional results, • Source new business leads and set up new business meetings, • Support new business opportunities and client pitches, • 2+ years of client-facing agency experience, including project management, • Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills, • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate colleagues, • Can-do attitude, proactive, and willing to try new approaches, • Passion for the commercial creative industry, • InDesign, • Mailchimp, • Excel, • A creative, collaborative, and fun environment - delivering great work with good people, • Exposure to top-tier global clients, • Hands-on experience with both client management and creative processes Please send your cover letter, CV & salary expectations to
