Sous Chef - Full Time, Permanent Belfast City Centre Salary: £39,500 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a prestigious hospitality venue known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and high standards of service. We are seeking a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is ready to support the Head Chef in leading a talented brigade. Key Responsibilities • Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service, • Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards, • Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes, • Ensure food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards are consistently met, • Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste, • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Requirements • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Passion for fresh food and high-quality service, • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, • Excellent organisational and communication skills, • Food Hygiene certification preferred What's on Offer • Competitive salary of...
