Ensuring Purchase Order data is updated within the firm's finance system & eBilling intermediaries. Carry out regular reviews of the status of invoices to identify rejected ones. Assisting with maintaining timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data held within the various intermediary systems. Generating and uploading electronic files for a range of eBilling clients to various intermediary platforms. (training provided). Management of the eBilling mailbox and associated queries.
