We are seeking for a Store Manager to join our team in preparing delicious sandwiches in a fast paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining/improving the store to highest possible standards.
Responsibilities
-Create rota for staff suitable for the store sales and labour.
-Train the team to maintain subway and food standards.
-Delegate tasks and keep store efficiently clean and in compliance.
-Interested in improving the store efficiency and sales.
-Communicate with the team to maintain a friendly and exceptional work environment.
-Work as normal Sandwich Artist, selling, cleaning, ordering and providing amazing customer service.
