Qualifications and Skills Essential: • Proven experience working with primary school children, particularly those with SEND and SEMH needs. • Understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and effective intervention strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage children and liaise with parents and professionals. • Patience, empathy, and adaptability to cater to diverse learning styles and challenges. • Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
