Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective supervision and coaching.
- Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
- Supervise inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness to meet health standards.

Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
- Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary roles such as barista or hotel food service is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and engage with customers.
