Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service., • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with our guests, addressing any concerns and ensuring their experience is exceptional., • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards., • Conduct daily briefings, motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment., • Work alongside the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure that all food and drink offerings meet our exacting standards of quality., • Effectively communicate any guest feedback or operational issues to the Food & Beverage Manager, ensuring timely resolution., • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to keep our offerings competitive and appealing. What you Need: • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Food & Beverage Supervisor in a fast-paced, luxury venue., • A genuine passion for food and beverage, with extensive knowledge of quality products and ingredients., • An understanding of the current market and awareness of potential competitors., • Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, motivate, and develop a team., • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members., • Excellent attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
